Life Questionnaire

A friend once showed me a questionnaire they had gotten to be filled out about their life, and I was horrified. It was all negative and focused on how much they had sinned and what “disciplines” they needed to keep from sinning. It made me so mad that I sat down and wrote my OWN questionnaire to assess how my life was going (and I gave them a copy). Here is my LIFE QUESTIONNAIRE for YOU  to take.
